In the heart of the Mullerthal
The Mullerthal - Luxembourg's “Little Switzerland” - is a country of mossy ravines, sandstone cliffs and the slow turn of old water-wheels. Heringer Millen sits right in it: an oak-framed room of tall windows, where the forest is always part of the meal.
We cook honest brasserie food with a Luxembourgish heart, a French hand and a soft spot for tarte flambée - generous plates, local wine, and a welcome that fits muddy boots as easily as a celebration dinner.
